Watch Episode 6 - Opening to Creative Detours at InVisioning & Renewal Retreat "Meet Your Facilitators" Video Series

I am excited to be hosting InVisioning & Renewal: A Day to Gather Strength and Wisdom in the Alchemy of Art and Nature with co-facilitator Amy Sullivan, LMFT, art therapist and modern mystic, and Jovani, improvisational sound healer and painter. Both Amy and Jovani have been "mothers" to my own visual art practice in their own ways, holding gentle space for me as I explored and played with paint for the first time four years ago. We all share an interest in the intersection between creative expression and spiritual healing.

Amy and I sat under the trees on the last day of 2017, and conversed about our experiences of coming to this work, and what we will be offerings on Saturday, February 3, 2018, at Elkus Ranch Environmental Education Center in Half Moon Bay, California.

We will be sharing five-minute episodes from our conversation each day this week, and we hope this will give you an inviting introduction to us and our work in the world. Enjoy!

Here is Episode 6, in which we discuss creative detours and opening to possibilities:

Lisa and Amy talk about creativity, renewal, and being open to possibilities in the detours. Meet Your Facilitators Lisa Chu, MD, and Amy Sullivan, LMFT, for the 2018 InVisioning & Renewal Retreat: A Day to Gather Strength and Wisdom in the Alchemy of Art and Nature, February 3, 2018, Elkus Ranch Educational Center, Half Moon Bay, CA.
